Participants : Key Personnel from department of Quality Management, Infection Control, Dietary, Kitchen, Clinical Survey, Nursing and Pharmacy
p/s : KPJ Ampang Puteri Specialist Hospital's kitchen is HACCP certified. Most public and private hospitals' kitchen in Malaysia are yet to be certified with HACCP Food Safety System. Lets hope in near future all hospital kitchens in the country will be certified so that in-patients' food are safe and high quality. Bravo for KPJ Ampang Puteri to lead the way !
