Training Objective : To fulfill Malaysian Ministry of Health (Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia) requirement that each food handlers in Malaysia to attend compulsory Food Handlers' Course. This course also mandatory under Malaysian Food Hygiene Regulation 2009.

Location : Auric Flavours Sdn Bhd Processing Plant at Bandar Enstek, Negri Sembilan.

Auric is a Singapore incorporated investment holding company and recently had renewed focus on growing the Group’s most iconic consumer brands — Sunshine Bread. The plant in Bandar Enstek produces breads for Singapore market.


The participants of the training consist of general production personals, technicians and executives. The objective of the training is to instill awareness on GMP concept in food production.
