Training Objective : To fulfill Malaysian Ministry of Health (Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia) requirement that each food handlers in Malaysia to attend compulsory Food Handlers' Course. This course also mandatory under Malaysian Food Hygiene Regulation 2009.

Whole Chicken: Whole /Clean Chicken, Small Chicken Cut, Standard Chicken Cut (4/8/12/16) & Frozen Whole Chicken
Deboned Products : Chicken Breast, Drumstick, Thigh, Fillet, Joint Cut Whole Leg
Chicken Parts: Mid Cut Whole Leg, Drumstick & Thigh
